Which is a HUGE difference out of nowhere. The amount of calories is the same based on how you cook it, however pretty much any app will assume you are using cooking oil etc and will just slap a random +100 calories on the omelette. My simple test is checking a hard-boiled egg vs an omelette. To expand on the issue of accuracy, I feel like most of these apps try to make it "easy" to track macros but make a ton of assumptions along the way.
